Most training rides start and end at Neutral Cycle. Any location changes will be reflected in the calendar events below.

MMT (Monday Morning Training)

9:00AM – 10:30AM

Scratch Races, Endurance, Power Building, Sprints


WMT (Wednesday Morning Training)

9:00AM – 10:30AM

Skill Building, Pack Riding, Cornering


FMT (Friday Morning Training)

9:00AM – 10:30AM

Fast pace-line long distance group ride and hill reps on alternate weeks


*In the event of unrideable weather conditions, we will be weight training and body weight training indoors. Indoor meeting locations will be updated on a case by case basis.
