If a Bikelab repair technician deems that a part is beyond repair, you may incur extra fees for replacement parts. Bikelab reserves the right to deny service to any bike if there are clear signs of abuse or if components are beyond repair.
Most, but not all, bicycles qualify for this program. Prior to joining, your bicycle must be free of severe frame damage such as fractures, cracks, or cuts.
